7 Ways to Make Serious Money on the Internet During a Recession

With millions of workers having been laid off and wondering what to do next, there are many thousands of them who have shifted from being wage slaves to becoming Internet entrepreneurs. The Internet is where we live, shop, socialize, and are entertained these days, and there is lots of money being made by the savvy entrepreneur.
There are a number of ways to make serious money on the Internet in the boom that knows no recession.

  1. You can sell a product that you may have invented. If it has wide appeal and is really needed, you can get super rich. Even if it has limited appeal, you can make very good money as long as you know how to target your market niche properly.
  2. You can research sources for unusual products which developing nations can manufacture inexpensively.
  3. You can become an affiliate of a product site and apply Internet marketing techniques to get orders. The sites will give you plenty of information on those techniques and you earn a commission on every sale you generate. You are not involved in fulfillment, so that keeps it all simple.
  4. You can become an affiliate of an information site and apply Internet marketing techniques to get orders. Again, you earn a commission on every sale you generate, and you are not involved in product delivery.
  5. Other sites will grant you resale rights to books, tapes, videos, or whatever it may be. This method is more profitable, but you will be involved in fulfillment. Luckily, with information products it's painless - all you do is email the download information to your customer.
  6. If you are an expert in a particular field, you can become a consultant to business or individuals, depending on what your expertise is. Customers will pay you handsomely for your knowledge.
  7. As such an expert, you can make additional money by writing an eBook for sale on the Internet. If book writing is not your thing, you can get a freelance writer by posting the job on various freelance sites, such as http://www.elance.com/. You'll be surprised for how little money you can get the job done professionally.

These are just 7 ways to make serious money on the Internet. As you become a savvy entrepreneur and understand how to utilize the Internet to grow your fortune, the opportunities become endless.

Social Media Strategy and Your business website

You never can think of a business without a proper strategy and a business website. Same is the case when you plan your marketing via Social networking. While considering Social sites for marketing you must have an exact Social Media Strategy that fits best as per the site you have for your business.
Social Media Strategy is actually about the changes which are capable of a massive contribution towards the optimization of the concerned site to bring more traffic/users/leads/prospects. It is rather a modern skill which needs to be adapted to strengthen one's business. The following would provide you with tips for the better usability of the social sites to optimize your business website. The first step towards improving your business website is to provide it a better link ability. There are many sites that are regarded as static, in the sense that they are rarely updated. Here comes the role of Social sites which are being updated almost every fraction of second by its large user base. So, a word promoted with these sites can hit the high graph of traffic.
The three important requirements:
1st: In order to provide the website a better link ability it is better to add a blog to it. This is the first step towards making your website a popular one. One must ensure the easy tagging or bookmarking of the website as per the applications of the social sites. Adding quick buttons to the website may also help and adding suitable links to social sites like YouTube, digg, facebook, Twitter, word press, blogger, MySpace, LinkedIn would also be of a great help.
2nd: It is essential to give good amount of importance to the content and it is also desirable to have the content in the form of pdf, video etc wherever possible. They would simply enable content travel. One need not spend lots of money for re-inventing the same concept! Social networking in 2010 has a great scope.
3rd: Moderation of sites are available free of cost as Ning and similar sites give the freedom of moderating a website with ease. The website which is Ajax enable simply improves the response time of the site! So using these free services to implement a strategy that promotes your site through social networking site is a good idea. There is a strategy called the associative media marketing which would combine the concept of social networking and social media marketing.
Social Media Strategy concentrates around user driven sites of good repute and related communities used to build reciprocal links to other sites & blogs. They really can create good volume traffic and a healthy ranking of search in search engines. Blame it on the competition that there is an immense need to improve the uniqueness of the business websites & blogs to get higher amounts of traffic. Maintaining a website with a proper Social networking promotion strategy in place would definitely do a magnificent job in promoting the business.

The Case for Social Media as a Marketing Tool

Social media, a term that has gained immense popularity in the internet arena, refers to a specific collection of websites whose content is generated and published by the users instead of those websites. These users create and exchange opinions and ideas through online platforms such as blogs and micro blogs, social networks and bookmarks, photo and video sharing sites and many other available platforms depending on the design and provision of the website. Examples of social media platforms include facebook, twitter, You tube, Flickr and LinkedIn among others.
Due to their ever growing subscriber base, social media has become the frontline in e-marketing where businesses and individuals draw attention and hence publicity to their products and services.
By definition, social media marketing is a set of techniques and operations aimed at yielding commercial publicity via social media and other online communities. The advertisers literally take their adverts to where potential clients hang out, at the social networking sites.

Interesting facts about social media as an advertising tool

Nearly two billion people have access to the internet world over. Seven out of ten of these internet users read blogs on a regular basis with 45 per cent of them running their own blogs. Over 40 per cent of active internet users have signed up for an RSS feed with 57 per cent of them on social network. Think about this: 75 percent of Americans are subscribed to at least one social networking site. 66 per cent of all active internet users regularly visit social networking sites and are dependant on these sites as their primary source of news and information. Facebook users spend over 80 million hours a day on the site.
9 out of 10 social media subscribers strongly feel every business ought to have a presence on social media.
Doesn’t the statistics tell it all? Social media is certainly the place to be if you want your business to get recognized.
Social media websites are developed with very interactive and user friendly tools that any business can exploit as part of its structured marketing and communication strategy.
Through a social media network, your business is able to connect to a local and global audience through personal selling, advertising, PR as well as brand awareness. The interactive nature of these sites enable businesses to receive direct feedback from their customers which leads to establishment of a mutual loyalty as well as development of products and services which are tailored to the specific needs of the customers.
Social media is readily accessible to millions of users around the world. This creates a golden opportunity for businesses to raise awareness on their brands while facilitating interaction with consumers. Running marketing campaigns on these networks is equally relatively cheap thereby creating a huge ROI to the business.

Why Focus is So Important

Focus is essential to your long term success and this means that you need to have a valid idea. Once you do you need to remain committed to it until such time as it proves either to be a success or a failure. Sadly many entrepreneurs actually lack this one skill and fail as a result.
Persistence is Necessary for Results. Spurts of Effort are not going to pay off
Many entrepreneurs feel strong bouts of desire, determination, or the inclination to do whatever they have to in order to succeed. This can last a while and it is not uncommon.
But real success comes from commitment, by staying motivated and inspired even if you are working at something for a long time.
If there is one thing that business is not it's a short term game. You will have successes and failures but persistence is what counts to get you through the highs and lows on your journey to lasting success.
Use Productivity Systems to help you Improve Focus
Your level of focus depends in large part on your habits.
Many business people who are successful are that way because they take the time to plan their day at the start. When you get up in the morning record what you want to get done that day by writing it all down on a sheet of paper.
Next, do the same for your year-long goals and then your goals for the next five years, ten years, and even twenty-five years.
By setting these goals to inspire yourself you will make it easier to remain focused on your short-term actions in relation to the bigger picture. By doing this each day you will find it beneficial in helping you to remain focused and motivated.
Remain Flexible
Adaptability is nevertheless important. You need to make sure that you can adapt to your environment and do what you need to do in order to make your business a success.
Staying focused yet flexible may sound like a contradiction in terms but actually they really work very well together.
Experienced business people will usually agree that business does not always go the way you expect it to. You might have a plan set for generating traffic, another for what to sell, and another for how your business looks. If you're unwilling to make necessary changes to your strategies you are not likely to enjoy success in the long-term.
Strategical flexibility doesn't mean that you need to be bouncing from one concept to another. For example if you go from doing PPC affiliate marketing to being a top-rate blogger to trading Forex online you will run into problems.
Of course this does not mean that you need to stick to something that isn't working just because you want it to work. You need to be flexible and willing to adapt as necessary. Keep focus on what your goal is but embrace flexibility on how you achieve it because this is essential to your success.
You must know your goals thoroughly. Know what you need to know and what you need to do each day, week, month and year. Keep to your plan and keep focused.

Getting Rich from Your Home Based Business

What does being rich mean to you?
Success is not only a funny thing, but it is so highly subjective and different for every single person on this planet. To define "success" as anything to do with money, is not a complete or accurate definition of the term at all. We can be easily programmed for sure. Every single person is successful right now, according to their own unique value system. Bill Gates has no more success than you do. He has more money, not more success. So what is "rich"? In my childhood, there were many days I felt rich inside due to my vast amount of friends. My pockets were always empty, but the feeling of being rich was there.
If you live in the United States and earn a six figure income you are in the top 1% of the rest of the country. Six figures has not been a lot of money since the 70's. Rich to you may mean making enough money to pay all the bills and still be with kids at home. I get that definition. Family is very important to me and my value system as well. Since this article is about business and making money, lets agree to stick to financial measurements. We MUST define what something is to establish a point A before we begin to travel to our destination of point B.
What most of you may not know, is no matter how much money most make, they do not manage it well. What I mean is, that person you may envy who has a big house and fancy cars or boats, might be broke, or living paycheck to paycheck too. They live at a higher lifestyle than most, but many who make three hundred to five hundred thousand a year are broke. It is not how much one makes, but what you do with how much you make. I will tell you a "secret" of the rich that is simple both to do, and to overlook. Pay yourself first. When your light bulb not only goes on, but you actually do it, your life has changed. To know something, is to do something. The best example I can think of is a lady who died a few years back in NYC. She worked a low paying job in the school system and never made over $18,000. She survived the depression and saved and donated about 15 million dollars for a scholarship foundation for the NY Library.
If you are ready to start your own business from home, what preparations have you made? If you have simply made an internal decision, that is great, but you have not come close to being ready. Get a pad of paper and a writing instrument. Do not use the computer or word. Write this one down in your own handwriting. Why do you want to be rich? Why do you want a home business? How much of a commitment will you make to your business? If it less than, "whatever it takes", you may not be qualified. There are many great things to do on the Internet to make some money from home. We are not talking about that arena. If you miss your goal, then change the time line of your goal, not the goal itself.
Right now you may be a "nothingaire". Your goal is to become a "hundreaire". Once there, then becoming a thousandaire is an attainable goal in a short time.
Great sports teams preach "sticking to the basics". Continue to practice and implement what got you there. When you were broke and now about to become a ten-thousandaire and realize, slow is fast, and fast is slow. It didn't take that long. While it was not getting rich quick, once done, you can do it again, and likely a bit faster the next time around. Getting rich slow, is not appealing to me whatsoever, but getting rich quick is something that spells disaster. Stay away from anyone who says it is "easy". It is simple for sure, and usually disguised in jeans and gloves with lots of sweat and work attached. In my experience, personal growth always comes before financial growth.
I think Jim Rohn states best, "set a goal to become a millionaire, not for the money itself, but for the person you will need to become in order to achieve that...". Thanks for that bit Jim, great stuff! I truly get it that money is not important to most of the population, or else they would all have it! Money is near the bottom of my value list of the 7 areas of life. One of the items you can learn, is to find what is your highest values in life, and then link making money to that value. If you are like me, then your family is at the top. Maybe your friends? Could be your church or spiritual needs. Whatever it is, anchoring your business success to what is truly important to you, is a big time secret of getting rich.
When you start to make over $500,000 a year and you are saving, investing, and managing that money wisely, you are rich. At first you are comfortable. When you do that for 10 years and money saved and your money is now making you money, you are well on your way to lifestyle freedom. What fulfills you internally is easily within reach. The principles taught by David Bach about becoming an automatic millionaire, and it is never too late to start and still finish rich are true. Making less than half a million is not a failure either. Our goals are wise if they cause us to stretch out for them, but they must be attainable. Maybe paying off your home would be a wise first goal?
Most of our world lives each day on about $2 a day. What is astonishing to me how much value was placed on school and education, and how little everyone has. To feel more or less successful than another means to compare your insides to their outsides, and that is crazy! In order to feel success, you must compare yourself to another person. Everyone is successful equally according to your own unique self. You are "doing you" perfectly already, you cannot mess it up. We will choose each day to fill our lives with either high priority values, or lower priority values. They simply resonate at varying frequencies for your life. They are not good or bad, just different. School never taught us how to raise children, have great relationships, or make, grow, and protect a good money supply.
Television for me is one of the lowest values I could choose for my short life. We got rid of the TV in 1987. My children have all been raised without it. So many are broke and still pay a cable bill. If you are in your sixties, think how much a monthly cable invested in a compound interest type of fund would be worth over 40 years? More than lots likely. You could now live the lifestyle you got to watch others live.
Good news and bad news. Anyone can start a home business for under $50. That is bad, because you may not treat it like a million dollar opportunity that it is. Good, as anyone can get started today and begin their quest to getting rich. Most who put over $100,000 into a business want to get busy working as they have a lot invested and need to produce quite a bit just to reach zero. You may need to "trick your mind" about things at first. Your mindset is everything. I do not think Michael Jordon's physical self, or Wayne Gretzky's size was the difference maker in their careers and achievements. It was the what was between their ears that made them great.
Right now ones financial gains are usually equal to the service one provides society. If you want to make more money, provide more service is a simple and attainable formula. If you could help every single person who wants to make money on the Internet, do you think that is a great place to start? Dr. Mike

Home-Based Business: 5 Quick and Easy Ways to Guarantee Success

Home-based businesses are the latest and possibly the greatest way to make it in America today. People no longer have confidence in their future working a regular job or depending on the government. Instead, they are looking elsewhere for their bread and butter. One of the best things about a work from home business is you are the boss, and as such, set your own hours.
However, let's remember, 97% of all home businesses started will fail. WOW! This means that only 3% of all businesses started today will survive, which is a pretty frightening thought.
So that you avoid being part of that 97% statistic when you start your work at home business, here are five quick and easy ways to help guarantee your success:
1. Marketing is critical
Without a proper marketing strategy, you are destined to fail. Marketing attracts customers, and without customers, don't have a business. And today, if you are not taking advantage of social networking to increase your marketing efforts, you are way behind. New startups need to immediately shock social media sites with as many hits, and views as they possibly can. This is the quickest way to establish your presence in the marketplace, and start driving customers to your website.
2. Having a system
While marketing is extremely important to your success, there is another key element that will help you advance beyond being just a mediocre business that does minimal sales. That element is a System. What is a system?
A system is a standardized process or set of steps that allows anyone, to perform the steps and produce the same results. Take McDonald's for example. They deliver the same burgers, and fries around the US no matter who is working the fry station or the grill. They have standardized the process to complete each product they sell.
3. Defining your system
Defining your system is a key starting point. It needs to be a process that, once in place, can "rinse and repeat" itself over and over again, guaranteed to get a result. Once you create a marketing strategy that works, and starts to attract new customers, you need to set that up as a system, and continue to repeat it as many times as possible. Let's say you sell widgets and you advertise an offer, one free widget with every four widgets bought, and this generates a flood of orders. As long as you are not losing money, you have created a simple system you've tested and know that it works. That being the case, you can "rinse and repeat" this over and over, and reap the rewards.
4. Refining what works
You can never rest on your laurels and think that you have a system in place, and you don't need to do anything else. The marketplace is constantly changing and you need to stay abreast of these changes, and observe how it affects the marketing and sales to your target audience. You always want to be looking at refining what's working in the hopes that it will work even better. Think about additions or substitutions you can make with your offer. Can you bundle it with another product or service to create something even better?
5. Providing the unexpected
Customers expect value and good customer service. However providing unexpected customer service and help to separate you from your competition. Take time to think about what you can do for your customers that is totally unexpected. Can you send them a free ebook, or give them a special introductory offer price on anything new you bring to the marketplace? Anything you do that's unexpected helps communicate that you appreciate your customers; something you need to do regularly. Never take them for granted; as soon as you do, they will go away and find another supplier.
Everything discussed above boils down to, "making money." When you create the right marketing strategy, define and set up systems to run your business, and then offer unexpected customer service, you're well on the way to being a member of the one of the three percent club whose business, not only survives, but also more importantly, makes a profit.

Developing Positive Mindset and Goals in Online Business

If you have an internet business, perhaps you have run into some frustrations along the way. It is not the easiest thing in the world to learn how to market and how to set up an online business. There are a lot of disappointments and dead ends. Things do not always progress as quickly as you would like them to. Does it seem that sometimes the computer is out to ruin your day? Or your week? Online business owners must learn to get through rough patches in their setup and operations.

If you are having problems as you learn new skills, and they seem insurmountable, you may want to consider taking some personal development training. It can help you attain a positive mindset, and train you to keep focused on whatever goal is important to you.

Without a clear goal, little things like a bad computer day can become a huge obstacle. That is when many people give up.

However, if you know where you want to go (your goal) you will realize that just because one path may be blocked, like a bridge being washed-out in the road ahead, it doesn't mean that you cannot get to your destination by a different route.

If you have a positive mindset, the washed-out bridge will seem like a minor inconvenience. In that mindset, you might consider the options available to get to the other side: a detour; waiting for the bridge to be fixed; or jumping across. The obstacle will not mean the end of your journey.

There are many self-help and personal improvement gurus who make a business of providing helpful and inspiring information. You may want to start reading the books, listening to audios or going to seminars. Implementing what you learn can improve your results and lead you to the success you want.

It is tremendously important for internet entrepreneurs to develop goals and a positive mindset. It all starts with stating a goal, and keeping that goal very clear in front of you. Write it out. Keep a picture of it on your desktop. Find a way to be constantly reminded of that goal several times a day.

Adjust your mind every time an obstacle comes up. Think of that goal, whatever it is, and find a way around the obstacle. Practice turning bad situations into a beneficial ones, and you will develop the strength and resourcefulness to succeed.

Top Strategies to Attract Success Like the Richest Enterpreneurs

Everyone wants to attract success into their life, but few of us really know how to achieve it. Without direction, it is easy to get stuck in a rut and give up on your dreams, settling for what you can get rather than what you want. This doesn't have to be the case, however. With the right approach you can reach your goals and live the life you truly desire.
Identify
Success can come in many forms, both personal and professional. We all want different things, but the key point is to identify what your personal aim is. This could be to meet the partner of your dreams, lose half your body weight, be a sports star, singer or president of a company. Whatever it may be, find your goal and always keep it in mind.
Explore
When you know your goal, you are already on track to success. If you don't, do some serious thinking. Take into account your personality, natural talents and life experience. Then think about what is missing in your life and what you need to change. If you loathe your secretarial job, for example, but have a gift for writing your goal may be to write professionally. Maybe you want to lose weight and get fit. Why not sign up for a sporting event you would like to try, perhaps a marathon or cycling event.
Write It Down
Once you know your goal, write it down and keep it somewhere safe. Put a time limit on when you would like it to be fulfilled and treat it as a binding contract with yourself. You may even like to put it somewhere prominent so you are always reminded of what you are aiming for.
Break It Up
A goal in itself, however, is not enough as you must also plan how to reach it. Break it down into small achievable steps and it will seem more tangible and give you more direction. An unfit person who wants to participate in a sporting event could make a plan which includes consulting a trainer, buying the necessary equipment and creating a training schedule.
Stay Motivated
When you embark upon your plan you need to stay motivated even when it gets frustrating and you feel like quitting. There are some simple ways to increase your motivation, the most important of which is positive thinking. When you continually remind yourself that you are making progress and are going to succeed in the end your chances of doing so become so much greater. Other techniques such as prayer, meditation or yoga can also help to keep your state of mind healthy.
Line Up Support
Support is an essential piece of the success puzzle. Tell your friends and family about your ambitions and ask them to help you. If they are not encouraging, look for people who will inspire you during your journey.
Reward Yourself
Another powerful tool is rewards. Choose how you will indulge yourself, not only when you reach your major goal but at several crucial points along the way. These could be as simple as a new book or CD, going to your favourite cafe, or even a trip to the movies.
Whatever your background, you can attract success into your life. Find your goal, keep your thoughts positive and go for it.
Learning to Attract Success and Wealth into your life is a key to happiness. If you aren't where you want to be financially, discover this online system that will make it easier to Attract Wealth and Success into your life.

Ten Strategies for Successful Enterpreneurs

How can you determine whether you can be a successful entrepreneur, or are you destined to work for somebody else? There is no exact formula for success. Most successful entrepreneurs share these ten strategies. Read through these ten strategies for successful entrepreneurs below and see which ones apply to you.
1. Have successful thoughts. To achieve the kind of success that you want, you need to dream big. You need to have big dreams for yourself you need to have a clear vision of what you want to achieve. But it doesn't stop in dreaming alone. You should actively visualize success in your mind so that you can almost feel it, touch it or have it within your reach. Play this image back at every opportunity. What would it feel to double your current income? How will your life change for the better? What will your business look like if you achieved the million-dollar mark? Successful entrepreneurs possess an attitude of openness and faith that they can have what you want if you can simply envision it as the first step on the path of action to acquiring it.

2. Love what you do. You start a business to change part of your life. To attain this change, you need to develop or uncover your personal passion to change the way things are and to live life to the fullest. Success comes easily if you are passionate with what you do. Why? We are more relentless in our pursuit of goals about things that we love. If you hate your job right now, do you think you will ever be successful at it? You may plod along, even become competent at the tasks, but you will never be a great success at it. You will achieve peak performance and do what you have to do to succeed only if you are doing something that interests you or something that you care about. Entrepreneurs who succeed do not mind the fact that they are putting in 15 or 18 hours a day to their business because they absolutely love what they do. Success in business is all about patience and hard work, which can only be attained if you are passionate and crazy with your tasks and activities.

3. Concentrate on your strengths. It's not possible to be everything to everybody. Each of us has our own strengths and weaknesses. To be successful, you need to identify your strengths and focus on it. You will be more effective if you are able to channel your efforts to areas that you do best. In business, for example, if you know you have good marketing instincts, then harness this strength and make full use of it. Seek help or assistance in areas that you may be poor at, such as accounting or bookkeeping. To transform your weakness to strength, consider taking hands-on learning or formal training.

4. Never consider failure. As an entrepreneur, you need to fully believe in your goals and yourself, and that you can do it. Know that what you are doing will contribute to the betterment of your environment and your personal self. You should have strong faith in your ideas, your capabilities and yourself. You must believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that you have the ability to recognize and fulfill them. The more you can develop faith in your ability to achieve your goals, the more rapidly you can attain it.

5. Make Proper Plans. You have a vision, and you have enough faith in yourself to believe that you can achieve your vision. But do you know how to get to your vision? You need to have concrete goals that will provide the stepping-stone towards your ultimate success. Put your goals in writing and plan each day in such a way that you're every action contributes to this. Intense goal orientation is the characteristic of every successful entrepreneur. They have a vision, and they know how to get there. Your ability to set goals and make plans for your accomplishment is the skill required succeeding. Plan, plan and plan because without which failure is guaranteed.

6. Work harder than ever before. Every successful entrepreneur works hard, very hard. Ask any successful businessperson and they will tell you immediately that they had to work more than 60 hours per week at the start of their businesses. Be prepared to say goodbye to after-office drinks every day, or a regular weekend get-away trip. If you are in a start-up phase, you will have to breathe, eat and drink your business until it can stand on its own. Working hard will be easy if you have a vision, clear goals, and are passionate with what you do.

7. Find New Ways to Network. Businesses always need assistance, more so small businesses, you need to possess good networking skills and always be alert to opportunities to expand your contacts. You may meet someone at a trade association meeting who can help you secure funding, or someone at a conference who can provide you with management advise. It is important to form alliances with people who can help you, and whom you can help in return.

8. Be Willing To Learn. You do not need to be a MBA degree holder or PhD graduate to succeed in your own business. In fact, there are a lot of entrepreneurs who did not even graduate High School and studies have shown that most self-made millionaires have average intelligence. Nonetheless, they have achieved their goals in business because they are willing to study and learn – especially with the amount of new technology and the ever-changing ways of doing business.

9. Keep your faith. No one said that the road to success is easy. Despite your good intentions and hard work, sometimes you will fail. Some very successful entrepreneurs have suffered setbacks and resounding defeats, even bankruptcy, yet refocused and rebounded. You must learn to pick yourself up and start again. Your persistence is the measure of the belief in yourself. Remember, if you keep your faith, you will achieve your goals.

10. Self discipline "Do what you should do, when you should do it, whether you like it or not." (Thomas Huxable) Self-discipline is the key to being successful. It's not an easy lesson to learn but once you set your mind to your goal, and focus, focus, focus; you can achieve your dream.

Learning these ten strategies for successful entrepreneurs is not for everybody; there are some of you that prefer to work for someone else the rest of your lives.

Do You Really Have Time To Start a Network Marketing Business?

One of the biggest concerns in deciding to start a network marketing business is time, or more specifically, lack of time. Full-time job, school, kids, chores, activities, and even elderly parents can make it seem almost unimaginable to even consider starting something new in your life, even something as potentially life altering as becoming an entrepreneur.
In this article, you will learn why a lack of time is rarely a justifiable reason for delaying the start of your own Network Marketing home business and how you can best use your time to shortcut your way to success.
Listen, everyone is busy... some more than others.
But if you're convinced that you want more out of your life than what you're currently getting and that starting your own business is something you really want to do, don't let TIME get in your way.
The Reality of Time
If TIME is a concern and even causing you to delay the start of a Network Marketing business, consider the following truths:

  • There is NEVER an absolutely right time to start something new, whether its a new business, getting married or even having a baby. You can't spend your life waiting for the perfect time because it will rarely present itself.
  • Whether you have 5 hours a night or 5 hours a week to work on your new business isn't important. The key to success is BEING CONSISTENT in your efforts.
  • QUALITY of time is much more important than QUANTITY. One hour spent wisely performing activities that will directly produce income is far more valuable than 5 hours watching random videos, reading emails and surfing Facebook.

5 Keys to Using your Time Wisely
My wife Rosemary and I have become quite successful in the Network Marketing industry over the last few years, all while working full-time jobs, dealing with 4 kids, and volunteering at our local church and Senior Center. Along the way, we have identified 5 keys to using your time wisely, especially when you first start a Network Marketing business:

  1. Keep Everyone Involved. If you are trying to start a Network Marketing business and meeting some resistance on the home front, it's really important to show others close to you the positive impact that your business may have on them. Show them testimonials, videos, and success stories of people who have "made it" in the Industry and how it's changed their lives for the better.
  2. Be Organized and Set a Schedule. Take a close look at your obligations and decide how much time you can devote to your business each day or week. Then set a schedule and block out that time. Post it in the kitchen or where everyone in your home will see it. It's important to treat this time as if it were a job outside the home - no interruptions and no excuses.
  3. Find a Mentor or Coach. This is probably the biggest time saver for any Network Marketer, especially when first starting. We didn't realize how powerful a mentor was until we had wasted a lot of time spinning our wheels without one. There are several ways to find a suitable mentor, and any money you spend will be among the best investments you will make in your business.
  4. Consistency and Persistency are Key. Being consistent in your efforts and persistent in your actions are essentials in succeeding, especially at the beginning. You will undoubtedly come upon obstacle after obstacle to your success. How you deal with those obstacles will determine the results - positive or negative - in your business.
  5. Use Technology to Leverage Everything You Do. The Internet has revolutionized the Network Marketing industry. Gone are the days that you need to stalk your next "prospect" at the local mall or grocery store. Now, you can target your ideal prospect simply by using powerful Internet tools. Leveraging technology is incredibly powerful in creating shortcuts to Network Marketing success.

Time can be your friend or your enemy when starting a Network Marketing business. How you utilize the time you have for your business, especially when your life is extremely busy, will go a long way to determining your ultimate success.

If You Understand This You Can Mkae Real Money Online

To find the best home-based business for YOU, a key to making real money online one must first start with a little research. While it may look like all home-based businesses are equal in their income potential, there are some critical components that an online business must possess to give you the best chance at success.
It All Starts With You
To find the best home-based business for you, consider your skills and interests. Are the products or services that you would be selling something that you can promote with enthusiasm? Also consider your marketing and web skills. If you feel your skills in these areas are inferior, then you should definitely make training and support a priority.
A Solid Business Plan
There are two strategies for being successful in a home-based business; you can either go it alone by creating your own business or you can join an established business like a network marketing program and simply duplicate the strategies that others have parlayed into success. To go solo, one should already have a product or service to market AND the skills to build an internet business from the ground up. This approach can take a long time to get into profit, since critical pieces of a successful business must be established.
If you wish to build your business more quickly, then joining an already established network marketing company may be more towards your liking. Do your research here to find a business whose products reflect your interests and already has a successful business plan in place. If you go this route, be sure the company you choose has superior training and support and offers business tools you'll need to be successful.
Resources Versus Outsourcing
Even the most experienced solo internet marketer occasionally needs the help of experts who can help complete projects for which he either lack the skills or time to do himself. A simple Google search on "internet marketing outsourcers" will reveal a host of places to find these talented individuals. Indeed, you can find web designers, article writers, copywriters, or virtually anyone you need to help you grow your business. If you choose to participate in an established network marketing business, these resources (or at least most of them) should already be available to you. In fact, the top home-based businesses have ready-to-use websites, autoresponders, sales pages, and fulfillment programs in place, ready to use. Here, you won't need to spend time developing the infrastructure of your business, so you can concentrate on results and making real money online
The Credibility Factor
It wasn't long ago when owning an internet business was considered risky. But today, as more and more marketers are showing that you can make real money online, online business ownership has become much more widely accepted. In fact, most brick-and-mortar businesses have an online presence, and many have used the internet to extend their global reach. For this reason, owning a home-based online business has become very attractive to people looking to improve their financial status.
To continue the rise in credibility of the online business and network marketing models, we should all choose to offer quality products and services with superior customer service and ethical marketing strategies.
It's taken a few years, but internet marketing has now "come of age." And with research and planning you, too can find the best home-based business for YOU, and make real money online.

How to Become a Successful Network Marketer Without Going Broke

It's a bit of a "Catch-22". Most people understand that it takes a certain amount of money to start any business, including a Network Marketing home business. But with the recent economic downturn, it's become more important than ever to spend your money wisely. Indeed, it is possible to be a highly successful Network Marketer without breaking the bank, but most people don't understand when and where to invest in their business and when to hide their wallet.
When you've made the decision to jump into Network Marketing, it pays to do your homework. Unfortunately, many end up jumping from opportunity to opportunity looking for the "next best thing" that will propel their business forward. More often than not, this pattern ends with feelings of frustration, negativity, and of course, little to no money in the bank.
Here are 5 Tips for Becoming A Successful Network Marketer Without Going Broke....
1. Do Your Research Before you spend a dime, it's important to do your homework. When you're considering a specific Network Marketing company, be sure to understand the products and the compensation plan. Find out about the leaders of the company and be sure they have a proven track record in MLM or Network Marketing. Check to ensure that there is proper training and support in place, and understand all the costs of joining before you sign on the dotted line.
2. Find the Right Sponsor For You Your sponsor or mentor will be a very important person in your business life, or at least they should be. You should look for someone who has been successful and will work with you to tailor a business and marketing plan to meet your needs. One mistake that many newcomers make is going with a sponsor based solely on how much money they've made in the business. While their success is obviously attractive, quite often the top earners in a company don't have the time or inclination to help Network Marketing newbies get started. Pick a mentor or sponsor who has at least some degree of success and who you feel comfortable working with.
3. Don't Jump at all the Extra Costs You'll likely find that, soon after you join a Network Marketing company you'll be introduced to the "extras". These usually come in the form of pamphlets, brochures, CDs, and DVDs that the company leaders will tell you are "absolutely critical" to your success. Don't buy it. Resist the urge to spend your money on these extras and instead invest in training or education that will expand your knowledge of sales and marketing. You can always pick up the brochures later if you feel that they'll help your business, but until you understand what you're doing, they're just like money poured down the drain.
4. Focus on Free or Low Cost Methods of Advertising I do 99% of my marketing on the Internet, and there are several ways to get online leads for your business for cheap. These include using social media, article marketing, blogging, and videos. Indeed, more than one very successful Network Marketer has based their business on free or low cost Internet leads. I have found that I get the most "bang" for my buck using Internet Marketing to grow my Network Marketing business, but if you decide to use more traditional methods of marketing, resist purchasing costly leads from lead generation companies until you understand how to convert these leads into sales.
5. Understand That The Timing May not Be Right For You Finally, understand that starting a home business is not right for everyone, especially if the timing is wrong and you are really struggling financially. I've turned down more than one prospect who expressed his need to make money quickly to pay his mortgage. As much as you may want to get into Network or Internet Marketing, understand that it does take some cash to get started, maintain your business, and of course, advertise. If you need money to pay the bills and you are new to the Network Marketing industry, it's probably best for you to hold off until you've gotten yourself on more solid financial footing before starting your new business.
It's so important to do your homework before joining a Network Marketing company. Carbon Copy Pro Review- The Ultimate Leverage System

They never tell you this. Sure, all home business opportunities focus on the benefits of firing your boss, working from home full-time, and vacationing whenever and wherever you wish. But they never tell you how to accomplish this while you're still working a full-time job, taking care of the kids, or living a lifestyle where time is short and patience is thin.
This review of Carbon Copy PRO reveals 5 ways that you can LEVERAGE time, money, and resources to build a solid, profitable business AND make money while you're learning.
1. Leveraging Other People's Knowledge
There's no doubt about it. The more skills and knowledge you accumulate, the more valuable you will become to your prospects and the more successful you will be. To new and experienced Networkers, there's no better investment of time than in accumulating knowledge.
The cornerstone of the Carbon Copy PRO system is it's Education and Training platform. They offer extensive training in sales, marketing, leadership, mindset and legal issues, all within the same platform. Live training calls, webinars, and interactive sessions can be accessed 5 days per week, all given by top earners and leaders in the Company. Importantly, all trainings are recorded so that those who are unable to attend can learn at their leisure.
For those inexperienced home business owners who lack business training, these resources are invaluable. They allow you to leverage the knowledge of others and to learn the skills needed to succeed in this industry.
2. Leverage Other People's Skills
Think about it - to be a successful Network Marketer you must have certain skills, including prospecting, closing, copywriting, and marketing.
Carbon Copy PRO allows you to leverage the skills of others while you're growing your business. They provide professionally written landing pages and sales pages that you can use until you are accomplished enough to write your own. Similarly, professional autoresponder emails are available, so that you can keep in touch with your prospects, leading them closer and closer to the sale.
Unique to Carbon Copy PRO is their Call Center, a group of trained business professionals who speak with your prospects, answer questions, and close the sale. This is an invaluable resource for more inexperienced members, so that they can focus their time and attention on driving traffic to their landing page.
3. Leveraging Other People's Success Mindset
Most company's live events are thinly veiled "rah rah" sessions. The biannual live events sponsored by PRO are different. They provide a full day of cutting-edge marketing training and a chance to "get up close and personal" with top earners. There is nothing more valuable than soaking up the mindset and work ethic of the people who are making it happen in the industry, and there is no shortage of Top Earners in Carbon Copy PRO.
PRO also holds unique leadership events for those that have started realizing some success and need to take it to the next level. These "10 for 10" events are free and run by the leaders and top producers in Carbon Copy PRO.
4. Leveraging Other People's Training
The only thing more worrisome to a new marketer than getting their first sale is the concern over training their new members. In Carbon Copy PRO, each new member is brought through a training system that automatically provides them with all the information they'll need to learn their craft, start marketing, and see success
It's not necessary for a Carbon Copy PRO member to train a new recruit, a process that can take up an inordinate amount of time.
5. Leverage Other People's Money
It's all well and good to spend time learning new skills and gaining important knowledge, but it does no good if your business runs out of money and fails in the process.
Carbon Copy PRO has a built-in application process that allows it's members to make money to cover marketing and business costs, even while learning the skills to become expert marketers.
Carbon Copy PRO members also receive a portion of their team's monthly membership costs, and an affiliate commission on any Carbon Copy PRO product sold to their team members.
It truly is the best of both worlds - learn and educate yourself to build a strong, profitable business and make money while doing so. That's why Carbon Copy PRO has become the company of choice for thousands of people looking to start their own home business.
Let's Review
In a nutshell, Carbon Copy PRO is all about leverage. You can leverage the knowledge of world-class leaders in every aspect of sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship. You can leverage the skills of others, who will explain the opportunity to your prospects, answer questions and close your sales.
You can leverage the resources that PRO offers, including brand-able landing pages and professionally written autoresponder emails. You can leverage the training system that orients and trains your new members.
All of this, and you can make money while learning to become a top marketer.
Carbon Copy PRO is not for everyone. If you are looking for quick money or a way to make money without putting in the time to learn your craft, this isn't for you. But if you are looking for a way to learn new skills to build your Network Marketing business on a strong foundation -- and make money in the process -- then this is a Company you should strongly consider.

Marketing strategies will be an important piece to the puzzle and with many to choose from don't be surprised if you start feeling overwhelmed. However, the best fix for this is utilizing one tool at a time. The more you learn about one, the more effective you will be.
Over time you will feel comfortable with it, and then you can move on to the next strategy. Then again, you could get involved with a program or system that takes care of this for you. It will depend on whether or not your finances will allow this type of investment to take place.
The most important thing to understand is the sooner you start, the sooner you will be able to start becoming a successful online entrepreneur. Just don't be afraid to get the help you need upfront so you can prosper in the end.

DevelopingPositive Mindset and Goals in Online Business

Adivce for New Entrepreneurs and Business Owners

When you think of starting a small business and taking the leap to become an entrepreneur, it helps to seek some advice from entrepreneurs who have already experienced what you are attempting to do. New Entrepreneurs often are strong-headed, and think they don't need advice. They forge ahead, launch their new business without getting a second opinion, and end up paying the price. Their entrepreneurial education comes from making mistakes and delaying the success of their new businesses. When starting any new venture it is a good idea to consult with experienced entrepreneurs. Their advice is usually enthusiastic and cautionary, since they usually want new entrepreneurs to succeed.

Becoming an entrepreneur means entering into a world of creative solutions. New entrepreneurs will eventually learn the skills needed for survival, but simply asking the advice of another entrepreneur, and finding a mentor or role model can help smooth out the entrepreneurial learning curve.

I have had many businesses. At last count, I started fourteen of them, mostly from scratch. These ranged from stores to service companies. I found out the hard way that when I did not have the support and advice of mentors, the businesses were doomed to languish. The others benefited greatly from having mentorship. Recently, when considering starting another venture, I found a business which has a built-in support system of teachers and mentors.

Ten Strategies for Entreprenuers

Home Based Business

A home based business is a new trend in modern entrepreneurship which enhances the skill of a person in handling a business without having to get his hands "dirty" with manual labor or such. Usually, a home based business starts as a small time business with the purpose of augmenting the source of income by opening up a new channel of cash inflow. This type of venture is ideal for those who have a small amount of cash to boot, a few minutes to spend, and a few ideas to begin with.
A home based business is ideal for the common family guy or the usual housewife who would want to make something more than just spending time in the house doing nothing productive. What makes this business wonderful is the added fact that it has all the wonderful benefits with the least amount of sacrifice or capital output spent.
Your Corporate Home
When working in a home based business, you create an informal corporation by turning your resources into a productive entity. Your computer becomes your main tool in accessing the myriad resources in the internet. Your mind becomes the cradle of imaginative prowess on how to maximize time and profit. Therefore, you turn your own home into a corporate building without having to construct and spend anything except for the few bucks spent on your internet subscription.
Your organizational structure is also kept to a minimum in terms of maintenance and assessment, as you become your own boss. Your ideas are easily integrated into the internet's vast networking mechanism, and your implementation of such ideas is the key points in determining the success of your chosen home based business.
Unlike in a normal corporate setting, you don't have to look after the performance of different personnel, handle a lot of productive output evaluations, or even have to go on meetings and waste time discussing deals and brainstorming ideas. Your computer will multiply your productive arms by automating the processes and transactions within the virtual environment.
At The Comfort Of Your Own Seat
Another perk of handling a home based business is that you are at your most comfortable setting. First of all, you are not obliged to get out of your house to do business. You may even just set your small home office inside your bedroom, beside your bed. You would not be afraid of being late due to traffic nor would you even be conscious of how you look as much as if you would have to report to a normal office.
Your Own Time, Your Own Style
Since you are dealing with a home based business, you may actually bend some rules and cater them to your style of work. You may even set your work hours in the wee hours of the morning if it suits your business criteria and your lifestyle as well. You may even get away with official attire since your would just be staying home. The manner of business would now depend on your style of work since you are the boss.
Your Website: Your Virtual Showroom
As for your showroom for the merchandise and different goods, your home based business would only require you no amount of real estate to set up. All your displays would be in the internet's website that you would be setting up. Your created website would also be your virtual office, secretary, cashier, security, and auditor, as these processes may be handled by applications and by the computer itself.
With all these offered benefits and level of comfort, it would be unlikely that one wouldn't consider setting up a home based business now or in the near future.

"I hate corporate life and don't like being someone else's employee. I'm working to make someone else rich, I'm accountable for every hour of the day to my boss, I hate having to go ask my boss for days off, vacations, and holidays. You hear everything from one to five years and they're out of business for whatever reason.
